Otherwise, the group with small capacity will be fully charged in advance because of its small capacity. Then the battery with large capacity has not been fully charged, the terminal voltage of the battery is low, and the total voltage is not up to the full termination voltage, which continues to charge, causing the group with small capacity to form overcharge. If the battery is discharged, the group with small capacity will have no charge in advance, and the voltage of other battery terminals is higher, The total voltage of the battery does not have the termination protection voltage of electric power, and the discharge continues, but it leads to battery over discharge.
Overcharge, over discharge and untimely charging of the battery will affect the service life of the battery. However, the capacity of the group with small battery will further decline, and the decline of the capacity of the battery will further overcharge and over discharge the group. Such a cycle will cause the battery capacity to be quickly reduced and scrapped.
2. Treatment of polar plates before weighing
Before weighing the plate, it is necessary to clear the excess front edges, burrs and excess active substances in the production of the plate. If it is not clean, it will cause a short circuit of the battery plate, that is, the battery will discharge itself. Use the electrode brush earphone to brush the excess impurities on the electrode plate for welding, so as to prevent false welding and false welding. Pick out the plates with bumps, serious de dusting and holes.
3. How to weigh the plate
When weighing and matching the plates, first weigh out some plates and arrange them on the workbench according to the weight, compare and mark the weight, then weigh each plate on the weighing instrument when weighing the plates that are not weighed, and place them together with the plates placed on the workbench according to the weight of the plates, so as to avoid some trouble. (the smaller the weight difference of each group of positive or negative plates, the better. The error of 10 ~ 14Ah should not exceed 1G in each group, and the error of 17 ~ 20Ah should not exceed 2G in each group.
1. The weighed plates shall be grouped according to the regulations, and the plates shall be wrapped after the grouping. The materials of the separator are general microporous rubber and glass fiber. Pay attention to the cleaning of the separator when wrapping, and put the plate in the middle of the separator. If the position of the plate is aligned, put it in the plate box.
2. Wrap the positive plate with two pieces, and use very thin diaphragm sheets to hold the positive plate together. Do not wrap the negative plate, so as to avoid the short circuit caused by the defect of single diaphragm. A single plate is wrapped. Only the positive plate is packed with a clapboard, and the negative plate is not wrapped. It can be placed in the plate wrapping box, which is convenient and simple.
Selection and processing of lead parts
1. Lead parts have lead electrodes and poles, which are cast with special molds. Generally, the temperature is about 450 ℃, the temperature is too high, the lead oxidation is serious, and the lead parts cause cracks due to serious shrinkage. It is not allowed to use iron tools to knock the mold. The lead parts made should be free of thorns and edges as far as possible. If any, they should be trimmed.
