1, no response,
There is no response when you plug in the power supply. Under normal circumstances, the lamp of the charger plugged in will light up. Please check whether the power supply is plugged in and whether the socket has electricity. Start from the socket until you find the last plug of the charger.
If the power supply is normal and the charger still doesn't respond, the charger is damaged.
2. Turn the fan and stop.
When the charger is plugged in, the indicator lights up or flashes, and the fan will move and then stop. What should I do? This situation should be that the battery voltage is low. (The newly installed charger should exclude the negative and positive connection)
Please measure the battery voltage. It should be that the vehicle has been parked for a long time or over-discharged, and the voltage can't reach the starting voltage of the charger. (If the voltage is too low, it is recommended to make up the single voltage before charging normally.)
The minimum starting voltage of a 48v charger is 42.v, that of a 60v charger is 52v, and that of a 72v charger is 63v. If the charger can't detect the normal working voltage, it won't start, and the fan will stop charging after a few seconds.
If the battery voltage problem is eliminated, the charger is damaged.
3. It can't be charged or not.
What if everything else is normal but can't be charged?
After plugging in the power supply, measure the battery voltage with a multimeter. The voltage keeps rising until the charger is normal (it should be a battery failure). If the charger fails to boost normally, the charger is damaged.
What if you are dissatisfied?
Today's smart chargers generally don't have this kind of trouble unless the charger is broken. Sometimes you should troubleshoot the battery.
If the cruising range is reduced by 20% compared with the previous one, this is normal, and it should be the temperature relationship and the battery attenuation.
If the cruising range is reduced by 50% compared with the previous one, it means that the charger is bad or the battery is bad. Please solve this problem by eliminating or replacing it. Either the charger is bad or the battery is bad.
